Skin & Bones consists of Taylor Borsuk on guitar, vocals, and suitcase drums with Peter Blackwelder on violin. With roots in Venice Beach and soul from Tennessee, the bluesy duo defined themselves playing on the salty streets of the boardwalk and continue to grow as musicians as they travel the country. Their vagabond ambitions have led them to perform up and down the coasts of the United States, and even as far as the streets of Germany. Their authentic twang bites like a stiff shot of Southern Comfort and is just as intoxicating. Taylor’s nostalgic voice brings a sense of Americana spirit to accompany Peter’s impassioned string-work. With musical influences such as Elliott Smith, Mason Jennings, Margot and the Nuclear So and So’s, Shakey Graves, and Robert Johnson, there’s no way Skin and Bones will disappoint. Don't miss their upcoming EP "Ghost In This Town", which features their new single “Bad Feeling.”
